New Partners on Board Since its inception in 2003, the ownership of the Ilitha Group has been vested with a group of shareholders that has grown in number, depth of industry knowledge, skill set and cultural diversity. As well as their time and effort, these shareholders have invested in Ilitha and their commitment to our Vision is relentless. All of the shareholders are actively involved in the business and, although the Ilitha Group is structured into private limited companies, we very much follow the business principles and practices of a formal “Partnership”. We are therefore privileged to welcome Zulfah Burghers and Nunda Naidoo as new Shareholders/Partners into our group.  Zulfah is the Group’s Finance & Accounts Manager and has a BCompt degree in financial accounting and auditing. This highly driven and determined lady has a strong background in Auditing and has gained extensive commercial accounting experience in the logistics and film industry sectors.
 Nunda is the groups New Ventures specialist and has his Masters in Chemical Engineering. Nunda has an extremely strong background in petrochem trading and the highly specialized field of project financing, with particular focus on the Oil, Gas and Power industry sectors. This knowledge was built on a solid foundation of experience within the Crude Oil Refining and Gas to Liquids industries. Nunda is also a serious cyclist and marathon runner, and has completed Comrades 6 times! In addition to this, he has climbed to the 19,000 ft base camp of Mount Everest twice.
Zulfah and Nunda are both high-octane individuals who bring additional energy and strength to our Partnership and we welcome their valued contribution to the Ilitha Group.
